	Fractured Earth is the 21st level in [[Populous: The Beginning]]. The player will have access to this level by completing level 18: [[Head Hunter]] and level 19: [[Unlikely Allies]]. It will provide the blue tribe with the spell [[Volcano]]. If the player finishes this level, he can use Volcano in the levels 16, 17 and 20, too.		Fractured Earth is the 21st level in [[Populous: The Beginning]]. The player will have access to this level by completing level 18: [[Head Hunter]] and level 19: [[Unlikely Allies]]. It will provide the blue tribe with the spell [[Volcano]]. If the player finishes this level, he can use Volcano in the levels 16, 17 and 20, too. This level introduces a new mechanic, where the player has to cast land spells (such as [[landbridge]] or [[flatten]]) to fill the land canyons, else they erupt.

	~~You start~~ off on a big landmass together with the [[Dakini]]. Both ~~your and the Dakini's~~ bases are located on high ground,the Dakini base being already built up. East of ~~your~~ base are mountains,followed by low ground with lakes and finally the Dakini Base. On this low ground ~~you~~ will find a [[Stone Head\|stone head]] with two shots of [[erode]]. The [[Vault of Knowledge]] is located southeast of ~~your~~ base on high ground and will provide the [[volcano]]. There's also a small Dakini settlement with a [[Spy Training Hut]],a [[Guard Tower]] and a [[hut]]. South of ~~your~~ [[Reincarnation Site]] is a [[Totem Pole]] which will [[flatten]] the land south of you. There are many gaps around the landmass with steam comming up from them.
