	as a populous player, WackyAnimation got the game as a Christmas present after playing the famous demo found on the SimCity 3000 CD. in Aug 2005, WackyAnimation found the PopRe community while looking for mods. as a n00bster, wacky found himself wanting to join a clan to gain allies and learn techniques.
