This spell is only available on Forge World in multiplayer. It creates a small depression (valley) on the land.
Tactics
Cast one or two hills in the middle of your Reincarnation Site, then cast a flatten on top of it, and finally, cast a valley. In the last seonds of the forge world, cast all your wildmen inside the pit. This ensures that you get all wildmen converted to your tribe.
If you want to get rid of some hills, or even to make water out of low land, this is on of the spells for the job.
