If you cast this spell on an enemy follower, the follower will become hypnotised and will think it is one of your followers.
Note: You cannot convert wildmen. If you put a converted follower in a training hut and the followers training completes, the follower will become yours forever. This also happends when you convert the last follower/s of their tribe
