This was an early program created by TedTycoon which replaced a Multiplayer level with a Single Player level so that players could play Multiplayer on Single Player worlds.
This was created before the Populous Reincarnated Matchmaker was made which meant mappacks were not around, so a seprate program was released.
The program was abbandoned when mappacks were created as mappacks are a much better solution of playing different levels on Multiplayer. TedTycoon then created SP Worlds, a mappack containing Single Player levels with all the huts deleted.
