"Doubling" is the term used to describe a player who is attacked by two enemies at the same time. For example, your ally could have fallen and it's just you versus two of your enemies. They're both allies. They both attack you from different sides simultaneously making it extremely hard to fight off and recover from.

==Is Doubling Frowned Upon?==
Doubling is the term which players use when two players, usually allied, attack an enemy player at one time. Doubling can be used to a doubled player's team's advantage since one the ally of the doubled player can attack the attacking players' bases while they are both preoccupied. Professional players will make a good defense in their base before they decide to double their opponents. This strategy is used many levels like [[Pressure Point]] and [[Face Off]] to either finish a player off at the end of the game or to damage their opponent at the start of the game to give them the upper edge.

It depends. It varies from player to player. Many think that doubling is favoured by noobs. Some see doubling as a quick way of finishing off the enemy and ending the game. However, if two players are to double an opponent they are expected to do it fairly and not to antagonise their target by gloating or insulting them.
Doubling is a strategy and should be taken as so, It is not against any rules unless '''all''' players decided to not allow it before or during the game.

Then again, many think (correctly) that the people who complain of doubling are noobs. You should not complain of doubling unless the teams were purposely set to be grossly unfair. Most games are played with teams and if you can't handle doubling then you probably shouldn't be playing. Find a 1v1 game or politely ask for a 1v1. If they say no, deal with it.

==Should I Double?==

Well, unless agreed before the game has started, you have every right to.  If you or your enemy are struggling, it is best to offer help first, by saying "should I stay out?" or "you ok?"  If they want you to help, go for it.  Be wary that if there is an enemy that is not being attacked atall, he may build up and side you.
Also, be aware that some people may quit if doubled (which annoyingly, can cause their ally to quit if he's still alive as well) so you may want to make sure you aren't playing with an infamous quitter before you conisder doubling.
