This spell is only available on Forge World in multiplayer. It lowers the land in a significant area. You might need to cast more than one in order to sink land.
Tactics
If there is a chunk of land that you want removed, you can use this spell. Be careful though, since it affects a great area, and you might end up lowering more than you intended.
With this spell, you can lower the height of your base, cut off potential backdoor or sidedoor passages, or even sink unwanted land.
