The Swamp spell can be used to kill followers instantly when they fall into one. It is commonly used to block paths or stop Stone Heads from being worshiped. Swamps will kill ten followers (or shamans) before disappearing. Swamps can be deleted by the player that placed it by holding Shift and Right clicking on it. Swamps will also be deleted if the land sinks in to water, when in contact with lava, or when a shaman reincarnates and a swamp has been placed on a Reincarnation Site.
Ghosts will not add to the kill count of the swamp, but will die themselves.
