This is the first level of Populous: The Beginning, which is normally played after the Tutorial is played. In the demo version of Populous, it was also the first level. The rolling demo on the demo demonstrated playing the whole level and then winning.

Starting Speech

"I have created my Reincarnation Site and the settlement is nearly complete. Now we must destroy the Dakini tribe!"

Setting

You start off with two small houses on a small island, and the objective is to worship the Stone Head nearby and landbridge to the next island. There, you will worship the Vault of Knowledge, giving you the Warrior Hut, and the other Stone Head which gives you single-shot Lightning spells.. Then a simple landbridge to the next island and an attack on the Dakini with your prizes and Warriors will easily win the level.

Quick Way

Get your Shaman and pray to the Landbridge Stone Head until you have 2 shots. Take your Shaman to the Lightning Stone Head until you have 4 shots. Send your Shaman to the Dakini island and Blast the Warrior then Lightning the enemy Shaman, the Hut and the Warrior Training Hut and blast all the enemy followers.

Note: This level is basic and simple. The Dakini Shaman does not have a Reincarnation Site and the Stone Head on your own island will sink into the ground once you are connected with the Dakini island.
